Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal in Al Hoceima
Statement
This afternoon, Tuesday, October 7, a person was set on fire in a public street in Al Hoceima by an individual who poured a flammable substance on him and ignited it.
Following this incident, the Public Prosecutor ordered the opening of a judicial investigation to determine the circumstances and details of the case. The suspect has been placed under judicial custody for the purposes of the investigation, while the victim was transferred to the hospital to receive necessary medical treatment.
The investigations are ongoing, and appropriate legal measures will be taken upon their conclusion.
