Seven people lost their lives and several others sustained injuries of varying severity in a tragic accident that occurred on the morning of Sunday, June 8, in the Sour Al-Izz area of the Kalaat Sraghna province.

The accident involved the overturning of a three-wheeled motorcycle (commonly known as a “tricycle” or “tripoartor”) carrying 14 passengers who were on their way to a local tourist resort. Media sources indicated that the likely cause of the accident was the driver losing control of the vehicle.
