King Mohammed VI Enjoys Jet Skiing on the Shores of M’diq During His Summer Vacation

King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, is currently spending his summer vacation in the city of M’diq, where he was recently spotted enjoying jet skiing on the shores of M’diq and Fnideq, according to reliable sources.

Circulating photos, taken from the sea, show the Moroccan monarch having fun riding a jet ski, surrounded by several members of his royal protection team, in a scene reflecting the relaxation that His Majesty prefers during his leisure time.

According to these sources, King Mohammed VI is currently staying at his private residence in M’diq, and his vacation is expected to last until the end of next week, with the possibility of traveling to other northern cities, including Tetouan and Tangier.

The northern coasts are witnessing an increase in security measures during this period, with Royal Gendarmerie boats deployed to ensure maritime safety, coinciding with the King’s presence in the region.

This summer vacation comes as Morocco prepares for the celebration of Eid al-Adha 2025, amidst exceptional climatic and economic conditions. The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs had earlier reminded, in an official statement, of previous royal directives issued in February, in which His Majesty recommended limiting the sacrifice to a symbolic one this year, in light of the country’s current economic and climate conditions.
