The National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) stands out as the main provider of career guidance services in Morocco. The agency offers free support to job seekers through its nationwide network of over 80 local branches.

Civil society has also stepped in. Programs like “Injaz Morocco” and “Tamkeen” use a grassroots approach and involve professionals and experts to lead interactive workshops focused on personal development, career planning, and entrepreneurship.

With the growth of digital tools, online platforms offering remote career guidance services have emerged. Notable examples include the “Future Professions” portal developed by the Ministry of Higher Education, and mobile apps like “JobinMaroc” and “Tawjih Pro”, which provide career assessments, sector-specific guides, and localized training opportunities.
