A weather alert issued by the Directorate General of Meteorology has forecast severe weather disturbances across several regions of Morocco today, Tuesday. The conditions are expected to include local thunderstorms, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
According to the orange-level alert, the affected areas will include the provinces of El Hajeb, Ifrane, Boulemane, Khémisset, Azilal, Al Haouz, Ouarzazate, and Taroudant starting from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
The forecast predicts rainfall amounts between 15 and 35 mm, and residents are urged to exercise caution, particularly in areas prone to floods and strong winds. The public is advised to stay updated on the weather conditions via official channels.
