The curtain has fallen on the 2024–2025 season of the Moroccan “Botola Pro Inwi 2,” with the final round delivering exciting moments, most notably Widad Fes’ victory and Kawkab Marrakech’s promotion to the first division.
Widad Fes secured a valuable 2-1 win over Ittihad Islami of Oujda, finishing the season in sixth place with 39 points. Meanwhile, the Oujda side remained at 35 points, settling for tenth place.
On the other hand, Kawkab Marrakech fans celebrated a memorable night after their team secured promotion to the top-tier “Botola Pro Inwi 1” following a hard-fought draw against Mouloudia Oujda. This result put them at the top of the table with 52 points, two ahead of second-placed Ittihad Yacoub El Mansour.
As for Mouloudia Oujda, despite holding the leaders to a draw, they finished the season in twelfth place with 32 points, thus maintaining their place in the second division.
With this, Kawkab Marrakech returns to the spotlight after years of absence, while Widad Fes closes its season with a stable performance, now looking to strengthen the squad ahead of the next season.
