Fes: The First Session of the Trial of the ‘Fake Companies’ Cell Postponed to May 23, 2025, After Its Dismantling by a Joint Effort of Intelligence and Judicial Police

The competent court in Fes decided today to postpone the first session of the trial of a cell suspected of involvement in serious cases related to the creation of fake companies and the forgery of invoices for tax evasion purposes, to May 23, 2025.

This postponement marks the first appearance of the defendants before the judiciary after significant efforts by Moroccan intelligence and the judicial police, under the supervision of the competent public prosecution, which led to the dismantling of the network and the arrest of its members following extensive and thorough investigations.

The trial is expected to reveal intriguing details about the methods of forgery and tax evasion used by the cell, which operated under the guise of fictitious businesses.
