On Friday night, at approximately 10:45 PM, a serious traffic accident occurred on Moulay Rachid Street near the “Imper l’Atlas” café in Fez. According to a local source who witnessed the scene, the incident involved the overturning of a light vehicle.
The source explained that the accident was caused by excessive speed and the driver’s reckless behavior, which led to a loss of control over the steering wheel and resulted in the vehicle flipping over in the middle of the road. Security forces arrived at the scene promptly after being notified and began conducting preliminary investigations.
Despite the damage sustained by the car, the driver, according to the same source, refused to be taken to the hospital and chose to leave the scene after the police intervened.
