According to corroborating sources, a state of heightened security alert was witnessed last night, Friday, in the Derb Ghallef area in the heart of Casablanca, following the discovery of human remains and bones inside one of the waste containers.
According to preliminary information obtained by the newspaper, the remains were found under mysterious circumstances, prompting the immediate intervention of security authorities, who cordoned off the area and launched a thorough on-site investigation under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office.
This incident comes just days after the “Ibn Ahmed Serial Killer” case, which had deeply shaken public opinion nationwide, further increasing the sense of tension and concern among the local population.
Meanwhile, forensic police teams have begun technical procedures to collect evidence and necessary data, while investigations are still ongoing to identify the victim and uncover the circumstances surrounding the incident.
