The Insurance and Social Welfare Oversight Authority (ACAPS) has officially announced the launch of its newly redesigned website, aimed at providing a smoother and more effective browsing experience for all types of users—whether professionals, institutions, or the general public.
In a formal statement, the Authority explained that the updated digital platform reflects its commitment to transparency and easy access to information. The site features a modern, interactive interface optimized for all devices, including computers, smartphones, and tablets.
One of the key features of the new version is the integration of a smart chatbot, which allows visitors to receive instant responses on various topics related to the regulation of sectors overseen by the Authority. The platform also offers access to official publications and statistical data.
In a move toward inclusivity, the website now includes accessibility tools for people with disabilities, such as text-to-speech functionality, adjustable contrast, and font size customization—ensuring broader access to its content.
Acknowledging Morocco’s cultural and linguistic diversity, the Authority has also introduced a Tamazight-language page, bringing information closer to a wider range of Moroccan citizens.
The redesigned website is organized into three main sections, each tailored to meet specific user needs:
- The Institutional Space offers details about the Authority’s structure, governance, and regulatory texts.
- The Professional Space provides simplified information for stakeholders in the insurance and social welfare sectors, including tools and guidance relevant to their activities.
- The Public Space targets the general population, using an educational approach to offer practical tips and content that accompany citizens through different life stages.
This update aligns with the Authority’s broader strategy to strengthen digital access to its services and foster greater interaction with both citizens and professionals, in line with principles of good governance and institutional openness.
