The Ministry of National Education, Pre-School Education, and Sports has announced the launch of the registration process for children who meet the school age requirements for the 2025-2026 school year. The registration will be conducted exclusively through the ministry’s online portal: https://massarservice.men.gov.ma/Inscription.
In a statement, the ministry explained that this initiative is part of efforts to simplify the registration process and modernize the management of educational data by adopting a unified and accurate database.
The ministry also emphasized that the initiative aims to enhance communication channels between educational institutions and parents through the “Massar” system, with the eventual goal of gradually phasing out paper files in favor of adopting electronic files as the official approach for managing students’ academic journeys.
This digital transformation is part of the ministry’s broader efforts to develop educational services and improve governance within the educational system, in line with the objectives of comprehensive education reform.
