Fes News Media learned earlier today, Thursday, from a reliable source that the anti-gang unit of the Fez Police Judicial Division successfully arrested four individuals, suspected of causing disturbances in the public street in the Moulay Abdullah neighborhood in Fez.
The source explained that the suspects were carrying large swords and had created chaos in the street. This was captured in a video that went viral on social media, particularly Facebook, showing the individuals wielding swords and instilling fear among local residents.
Following the video’s circulation, the police responded promptly, arresting the suspects while they were still in possession of the swords. They were then placed under provisional detention while investigations continue under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor.
This operation is part of the ongoing efforts by the security services to maintain order in the city and combat all forms of violence and crime.
