A Government Council meeting will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, as announced in a press release from his department.
At the start of its proceedings, the Council will examine a draft decree-law aimed at complementing the law related to the reform of Regional Investment Centers (CRI) and the establishment of Unified Regional Investment Commissions, the statement noted.
The Council will continue its work by reviewing two draft decrees. The first pertains to the implementation of the law governing the organization of public donation collection and the distribution of aid for charitable purposes, while the second focuses on the creation of an industrial acceleration zone in Benguerir.
Following this, the Council will discuss the statute of the Arab Center for Studies on Social Policies and Poverty Eradication in Arab Countries, which was adopted in Cairo on September 9, 2021, and signed by the Kingdom of Morocco on March 13, 2024, along with a draft law approving this statute.
At the conclusion of its meeting, the Council will review proposals for appointments to high-level positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
