Maghreb de Fès (MAS) has officially signed Croatian-German coach Tomislav Stipić on a one-and-a-half-year contract, according to sports sources.
This appointment follows the club’s decision to terminate its contract with former coach Akram Romani unilaterally.
Sources confirm that Stipić (43 years old) closely observed MAS’s goalless draw against Raja Casablanca before finalizing his contract today, Monday, March 3, 2025.
Holding both Croatian roots and German nationality, Stipić earned his UEFA Pro coaching license in 2013 and has a solid record of achievements, including leading Auda to its first-ever title in 2022 and winning the cup with Riga in 2023.
Currently, Maghreb de Fès sits sixth in the league standings with 37 points (10 wins, 7 draws, and 6 losses in 23 matches). The team is now preparing for an important clash against Ittihad Tanger on Saturday, March 8, at Hassan II Stadium in Fès, kicking off at 10:00 PM, as part of the 24th round of the Botola Pro.
