The source explained that this measure comes as part of the ongoing negotiations between the three countries and the European Union, in response to FIFA standards that require a flexible travel experience for soccer fans. According to this leak, this special visa will enable Moroccan fans to easily enter Spanish and Portuguese territory without having to go through the strict Schengen visa procedures.
The source indicated that one of the options is to launch a fan card system, which allows travelers to enter and move between host countries without the traditional visa requirements, a mechanism that was previously adopted at the 2018 Russian and 2022 Qatar World Cups.
