Mohamed Kheyi, a member of the Fes City Council, exposed several secrets regarding the bus service in the city, pointing to the clear disregard shown by the city president for the Interior Ministry’s decisions.
During the February session of the Fes City Council, held today in the council’s meeting hall, Kheyi raised this sensitive issue as part of the agenda.
He confirmed that there was blatant negligence towards decisions made by the Interior Ministry to improve public transportation services in Fes.
He highlighted the lack of proper coordination between the city council and the relevant authorities, which led to the failure of the project and the decline in service quality offered to citizens.
He added that this disregard does not align with the expectations of the residents and the efforts made by the Interior Ministry to improve the situation.
During the session, various developmental and social issues affecting the city were discussed, including the necessary actions to address the challenges facing urban transportation in Fes.
