Residents of Hassan Ibn Thabit Alley Demand the Enforcement of a Business Closure Due to Noise and Expired License

Residents of Hassan Ibn Thabit Alley in Fes have submitted an official complaint to the Wali (Governor) of the Fes-Meknes region, requesting urgent action to enforce the closure of the “Luigi Pool” establishment, as its license expired on January 7, 2025, based on a report from the administrative committee dated November 4, 2024.

The residents affirmed in their complaint that the mentioned establishment causes significant disturbance and poses a threat to the peace and tranquility of the residents. They pointed out that the relevant authorities have not yet implemented the closure order, despite it being officially documented by the competent authorities. They called for the law to be respected and enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents.

The residents concluded their complaint by urging the Wali to take the appropriate legal action as soon as possible to put an end to this disruptive situation.
