Fes News has received new information regarding the case that caused a stir in the city of Fes, involving a group of individuals threatening citizens with knives in one of the city’s neighborhoods. Police officers from the Fes Security Directorate successfully arrested seven people in connection with the case, following a series of intensive investigations that led to the identification of the suspects.
The incident began when one of the victims filed a complaint against a group of individuals, accusing them of threatening to use knives in their neighborhood. This was confirmed by a video widely circulated on social media platforms, showing the suspects brandishing knives in a public street and threatening to use them in a way that endangered citizens.
The events took place on Wednesday, January 8, when police managed to arrest one of the suspects, a 28-year-old with a criminal record, in the evening. Six others were apprehended after further research and investigations identified their involvement in the criminal acts.
