Oujda: Three Individuals Referred to Public Prosecution on Charges of Burglary

The regional judicial police in Oujda referred three individuals, aged 21, to the competent public prosecutor’s office on Tuesday, January 21, on suspicion of involvement in a burglary case.

Preliminary investigation data indicate that two of the suspects were involved in a burglary at a residence in Oujda, where they stole personal belongings and a light vehicle. This vehicle was reportedly used to carry out several thefts under threat with a knife in public streets and inside a commercial establishment.

Technical investigations and field inquiries led to the identification of the suspects, who were subsequently arrested along with a woman linked to one of them through an illicit relationship.

The three suspects have been placed under police custody pending a judicial investigation supervised by the competent public prosecutor’s office, aimed at uncovering all circumstances and details surrounding this case.
