As stated in Laram’s announcement, due to the strike of French air traffic controllers on Thursday, April 25, Royal Air Maroc canceled its flights to and from France. In a press release published today, the company claims that it “had to cancel the following flights AT776, AT777, AT640, AT760, AT761, AT780, AT781, AT740, AT749, AT650, AT651, AT664, AT665, AT774, AT775, AT638 and AT639 on April 25.” .

Therefore, Royal Air Maroc offers its customers whose flights have been canceled “a refund of the ticket value by the original means of payment” or “a free change of date, subject to availability, to and from the same destination or Royal Air Maroc destination.” network in France, to obtain a new travel date within 15 days of the date of the canceled trip provided that the initial length of stay is maintained.

Passengers are also entitled to a free date change, subject to availability, to and from one of the Royal Air Maroc network destinations in Belgium, Spain or the Netherlands for a new travel date within 3 days after the date of the canceled flight under the condition that the initial date and length of stay are maintained.

It is added that for any change of destination, any difference in taxes will be the responsibility of the passenger.
