Rabat – The account @la3yon_OFFICIEL on platform “X” revealed a leaked video republished by an Algerian channel hostile to Morocco’s territorial unity and close to the Algerian military regime. The video shows a member of the so-called “Anti-Normalization Front” explicitly declaring: “Our goal is to overthrow the Makhzen!”, confirming that the Palestinian cause is merely a cover for implementing destructive agendas targeting Morocco’s stability.
In a tweet, the official account (@la3yon_OFFICIEL) stated that the video – adopted by Algerian media known for their explicit hostility towards Morocco – proves that the Front “was never a supporter of Palestine,” but is rather a “sabotage cell” seeking to undermine Morocco’s stability under the guise of the Palestinian cause. The tweet affirmed that this video clearly shows the “true face” of these groups, which receive support from external parties.
The tweet strongly condemned the involvement of Algerian media close to the Algerian military establishment in publishing such content targeting Morocco’s stability, pointing out that “these people have nothing to do with genuine struggle,” describing them as “tools of external agendas, driven by hatred and fueled by the illusion of power.” It called for “striking with an iron fist” against anyone “who dares to challenge the nation and its institutions.”
The tweet highlighted that Algerian channels hostile to Morocco’s territorial unity were quick to adopt and promote the video, confirming “collusion” between these groups and external parties seeking to destabilize the Kingdom. It concluded with a decisive message: “He who betrays his country cannot be trusted with a cause,” calling for the exposure of all who betray the nation under flashy slogans.
This revelation comes amid escalating political tensions between Morocco and Algeria, with increasing calls in Morocco to expose those who exploit just causes to destabilize the country, especially with the involvement of known Algerian media outlets hostile to Moroccan interests.
