Following this, the Council will examine a draft law amending the civil status law, then move on to review a draft decree that sets the required qualifications for the exercise of the syndic’s duties and the fees it charges within the framework of procedures related to business difficulties.
The Council will also dedicate part of its agenda to discussing a military cooperation agreement between the governments of the Kingdom of Morocco and Burkina Faso, signed in Rabat on July 24, 2024, along with the draft law approving this agreement.
At the conclusion of its work, the Council will consider proposals for appointments to high-level positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement added.
