The “Lions of the Hall” started the game strongly, attempting to penetrate the Brazilian defense through quick attacks, but failed to convert chances into goals. Despite Morocco’s control of play in the first half, Brazil managed to score two goals through Marcelo in the 12th minute and Lino later on.
Brazilian pressure continued in the second half, while the Moroccan team maintained its defensive cohesion. Despite numerous attempts, Moroccan players lacked effectiveness in front of the goal. In the last ten minutes, the Brazilian team extended their lead with a third goal scored by Diego.
Othman Boumzou managed to score a consolation goal for Morocco before the end of the match, but it wasn’t enough to change the final result, which ended 3-1 in Brazil’s favor.

The Moroccan coach expressed pride in the team’s performance in a press statement after the match, saying: “Our players delivered a strong performance and showed a high fighting spirit. Despite the loss, we are proud of what we achieved in this tournament.”
