Fes News has just learned from a source that a fire broke out at the Mimosa Residence, located near the Royal Palace in the city of Fez.
According to the source, the fire damaged a large part of the residence, but there were no injuries. However, some cars parked in the vicinity of the residence suffered significant material damage.
The source also indicated that none of the guards were present at the scene of the fire when it broke out.
