Ministry of Justice Categorically Denies Any Breach of Its Databases and Confirms Stability of Its Digital Systems

In response to a wave of rumors widely circulated on social media, the Moroccan Ministry of Justice has publicly reacted to categorically deny all allegations claiming that its databases were hacked by the Algerian hacker group “Jabaroot.”

In an official statement, the ministry affirmed that its IT systems and digital platforms are operating normally without any interruption or compromise affecting their services or content. The statement emphasized that “all our judicial and administrative platforms are fully operational, secure, and have not been subject to any intrusion.”

The statement highlighted that the ministry relies on advanced, multi-layered security protocols compliant with international cybersecurity standards. Furthermore, its infrastructure undergoes regular assessments and testing by specialized teams to ensure resilience against cyber threats.

Regarding cybersecurity reinforcement, the ministry called on citizens to remain vigilant and not to trust rumors spread on social media, stressing the importance of verifying information through official channels. According to the ministry, such false alerts only serve to create unnecessary confusion.

Reiterating its firm commitment to protecting personal data and digital services related to the judicial sector, the Ministry of Justice assured that it will continue to strengthen its monitoring, prevention, and response mechanisms against cyber threats, especially amid a regional context marked by intensified cross-border digital conflicts.
