The Moroccan Judges Club concluded its sixth conference with the election of Hicham Ammari as its new president and the reaffirmation of confidence in the members of its executive office for a term extending from 2025 to 2028. This conference marked an important milestone in the club’s journey, affirming the continuity of its work in strengthening judicial independence and justice issues.
Hicham Ammari’s election to head the Moroccan Judges Club establishes a new dynamic in the leadership of this civil judicial body, which plays a pivotal role in the Moroccan legal landscape. His new term will cover the period from 2025 to 2028, aligning with the club’s aspirations to achieve further defined objectives.
The conference also saw the renewal of confidence in the executive office members, with Adnan Al-Mutafawwiq retaining his position for a second term, securing 219 votes. The list of elected executive office members included: Dr. Hicham Hadri with 266 votes, Dr. Iman Mosaid with 207 votes, Dr. Sahar Al-Azzouzi with 192 votes, Dr. Hicham Hawssani with 172 votes, Dr. Karim Benadi with 145 votes, Dr. Nasser Al-Ilmi with 132 votes, Dr. Youssef Al-Nadi with 129 votes, Dr. Hind Al-Omrani with 120 votes, and Dr. Adel Al-Hanouf with 120 votes.
