“Operation Marhaba” is considered one of the largest maritime passenger transit operations in the world, witnessing heavy traffic between the ports of southern Spain and the Moroccan ports overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The operation aims to facilitate the return of Moroccans to their homeland to spend their summer vacation in the best conditions.

During the ongoing meetings, various logistical, security, and health aspects related to the operation are being discussed and coordinated. This includes strengthening the number of workers in ports and border crossing points, providing appropriate means of transport and accommodation, as well as ensuring the safety and security of travelers.
