Bouanou, citing his sources, explained that the decision was communicated to regional ministry officials via a short text message (SMS), indicating a review of the specifications for these contracts. The review aims to amend certain conditions before reintroducing them.
He further noted that all contracts signed at the level of hospital centers and regional delegations will be entirely canceled and replaced with new contracts managed at the level of regional directorates.
