The Fes Municipality has announced an open call for proposals, numbered 2025/17, related to the temporary licensing of two commercial spaces located in the Haj Idris Benzakour Covered Hall.
According to the announcement signed by the President of the Fes Municipal Council, the submission of proposals will open on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Fes Municipality headquarters located at the Hippodrome.
Each of the two commercial spaces offered for lease has an area of 15 square meters, with an opening bid price of 1,000 dirhams and a temporary guarantee of 3,000 dirhams per space.
Interested parties can obtain the proposal documents from the Urban Planning, Property, and Collective Facilities Department at the aforementioned address or download them from the Fes Municipality’s website at www.fes.ma or the public procurement portal at www.marchepublics.gov.ma.
The announcement clarified that competitors may submit their proposals in exchange for a receipt at the office of the Secretary-General of the Fes Municipal Council President, send them via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the same office, or deliver them directly to the head of the bid opening committee at the start of the session and before the opening of the envelopes.
The announcement specified the administrative documents required from competitors, which include a sworn statement, a certificate issued by the regional tax authorities, a receipt for the temporary guarantee payment, documents proving the authority of the person acting on behalf of the competitor, the company’s articles of association, a list of board members, and a copy of the specifications signed on all pages.
The financial proposal file must include a signed commitment (contract) by the competitor, in which they agree to carry out the operation subject to the open call for proposals in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the specifications, in exchange for a proposed royalty.
This initiative is part of the Fes Municipality’s efforts to organize the use of public facilities and encourage local investment in the city’s infrastructure.
