The municipality of Matmata, located in the Tahla district of the Taza province, is witnessing significant progress in the rehabilitation of its infrastructure. Ongoing efforts include the installation of public lighting and the paving of sidewalks along the main street of the center, under the supervision of the municipal council.
This project is part of broader efforts aimed at enhancing the aesthetics of the center and improving safety and comfort for residents and road users. It also aligns with the municipality’s strategy to modernize basic infrastructure and create a more suitable urban space for traffic and daily movement.
These works are expected to improve the level of services provided to citizens by enhancing public lighting to ensure better visibility at night, as well as facilitating pedestrian movement through the upgrading of sidewalks according to modern standards.
