The Sebaa Ayoun Municipality, located in the El Hajeb province, is set to hold an extraordinary session on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM at the municipal headquarters. The session will address a range of key topics related to local development and the improvement of public services.
According to an official document obtained by our sources, the session will begin with the election of members and presidents for the Public Utilities and Services Committee and the Human Development, Urban Planning, and Land Management Committee, along with the election of their deputies. Additionally, representatives from the Sebaa Ayoun Municipality will be elected to the “Al Khadra” Intermunicipal Group, as well as a representative and deputy for the administrative committee in charge of reviewing general electoral lists.
Discussions will also include the approval of a municipal representative for the Fez-Meknes Intermunicipal Group for Distribution, along with the allocation of the financial surplus from 2024.
As part of its development agenda, the municipality will review and discuss a partnership agreement for the financing and implementation of a liquid sanitation project in Sebaa Ayoun. Furthermore, the session will include the approval of the cancellation of a previous partnership agreement with the Oued Jdida Municipality concerning the weekly market.
The agenda will also include a vote on a request for a loan from the National Fund for Municipal Equipment, which would help finance the liquid sanitation project. Additionally, the session will review the approval of a project to establish an artisanal craft complex in Sebaa Ayoun, aimed at boosting the traditional craftsmanship sector in the region.
