On the morning of Saturday, December 7, 2024, a severe traffic accident occurred at the Bensouda roundabout in Fes, resulting in injuries to a police officer and a young man riding a black Chinese-made motorcycle.
The incident unfolded when two young men on the motorcycle attempted to evade a police patrol trying to stop them. During their escape, the driver lost control of the motorcycle, causing it to overturn, leaving both riders injured and a police officer hurt during the intervention.
Immediately following the accident, police units from various departments arrived at the scene to assess the situation and ensure appropriate legal measures were taken.
