This morning, the headquarters of Moulay Yacoub Province hosted an inauguration ceremony for the newly appointed Governor, recently selected by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, to succeed Mr. Abdelwahab Fadil.
The ceremony was led by the Minister of Justice and Freedoms, with the attendance of high-ranking figures from security, political, and civil protection sectors, as well as representatives from civil society.
The Minister opened the event with a welcoming speech, expressing his delight in the appointment of Mr. Samir Khamlichi as the new Governor and wishing him success in fulfilling his duties.
He highlighted the importance of realizing the King’s vision for enhancing development and well-being for the local population.
