In a distinguished ceremony held this morning, October 30, 2024, at the headquarters of Moulay Yacoub Province, Samir Khamlichi officially assumed his role as the new Governor, succeeding Abdelwahab Fadil.
The ceremony, presided over by Minister of Justice Abdellatif Ouahbi, was attended by prominent figures from various security, political, and civil sectors, lending the event an official and exceptional atmosphere.
