The Provincial Delegation of Health and Social Protection in Moulay Yacoub is organizing an awareness day for early detection of breast and cervical cancer on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the Dawyat Health Center.
This initiative is part of “Pink October” activities and the national campaign for early detection of breast and cervical cancer, launched by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection during the period from October 1 to 31, 2024.
This year’s campaign carries the slogan “Your Check-up Now is Safety and Peace of Mind… Don’t Hesitate,” and is being held under the supervision of the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection in the Fez-Meknes region, in coordination with local authorities, and in partnership with the Euro-Mediterranean University Club and the Morocco Youth Pioneers Club.
This awareness activity aims to promote health consciousness in the community and encourage early detection of these diseases, contributing to improved treatment outcomes and recovery chances.
