As part of “Pink October” activities and the national campaign for early detection of breast and cervical cancer, the Health and Social Protection Delegation in Moulay Yacoub province has announced the organization of a special day for early screening of these two types of cancer. This event will take place on Monday, October 21, 2024, at the Reference Center for Reproductive Health in Ain Chkef, starting at 9:00 AM.
This initiative comes within the framework of the national campaign launched by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, which continues throughout October 2024 under the slogan “Your check-up now is safety and reassurance… Don’t hesitate.”
The event is organized in partnership with Al-Mashal Association for Development, under the supervision of the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection in the Fez-Meknes region, and in coordination with local authorities. This day aims to raise awareness about the importance of early detection in combating breast and cervical cancer and to provide screening services to women in the area.
