The employees of the Fez group headquarters suffer from a deteriorating work environment due to frequent parties held during official working hours, which greatly affects their productivity and comfort in performing their daily tasks. In an exclusive statement to Fez News, one of the group employees said: “We can no longer tolerate working here because of these frequent parties. They hinder the workflow and create an atmosphere of chaos and lack of commitment.”
The employee noted that parties often involve loud music and large gatherings, making it difficult to focus on work. He added: “We call on the responsible authorities to take the necessary measures to ensure a calm and disciplined work environment, so that we can perform our duties efficiently and without any obstacles.”
On the other hand, the employee pointed out that these parties are not limited to specific occasions but have become part of the daily routine, which further complicates the situation. He stressed that employees feel frustrated as a result of not taking any actual steps to reduce this phenomenon.
In this context, the employee called on the relevant authorities to intervene quickly to ensure respect for working hours and limit these activities that negatively affect employees and the performance of the group as a whole. Providing an appropriate work environment is the basis for improving productivity and achieving the desired goals of the group.
