The Ethics Committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Association (RMFA) issued on Wednesday strict disciplinary decisions, including penalties, suspensions and warnings, against the president of Morocco Sporting Club Al Fassi, Morocco Athletic Tetouan and the official spokesperson of FC Kenitri.
The Ethics Committee decided to suspend Ismail Jamei, president of Morocco Sporting Club Al-Fassi, and prevent him from practicing any football activity until he appears before the committee.
The management of Morocco Athletic Tetouan received a severe warning and a fine of 20,000 dirhams for publishing a cartoon on its official website that the committee deemed offensive to the Union Sportive de Tangier.
Omar Chebakh, the spokesperson for FC Quneitri, was suspended from all football-related activities for six months and fined 20,000 dirhams. The reason for the suspension is due to Shabakh’s threat to the referee who led his team’s match against Al-Ittihad Zamouri Khemisset in the sixth round of the national amateur championship, to be suspended.
