The first customer service in the Amazigh language was launched in Morocco on Monday in the city of Al Hoceima, according to a press release issued by the Regional Investment Center Tangier-Tetouan Al Hoceima.
CRI, who participated in the project launch ceremony, confirmed that this innovative idea, supported by MyOpla, reflects the cultural diversity that the Kingdom enjoys, and links the enormous economic potential with the presence of multilingual and highly qualified human resources in the northern region in general and the Al Hoceima region in particular.
This customer service center, which represents a pioneering initiative in the field of outsourcing in Morocco, will provide high-quality service in three languages: Amazigh, Arabic and French. This ceremony was also marked by the signing of a partnership agreement between ANAPEC and the company to support and employ 250 people in Al Hoceima Province.
MyOpla is an outsourcing and offshoring company, employing more than 1,200 people across its three locations in Tangier, Tetouan and Al Hoceima.
Established in the region since 2013, the company has benefited from targeted and tailored end-to-end support from CRI and all regional players.
