Discovery of the Body

The prosecutor of the king near the court of first instance of Marrakech has decided to prosecute two individuals who were arrested following the death of a minor last Friday.

The lifeless body of the young girl was discovered in the pool of a tourist complex located in the Sidi Brahim commune. The investigation, opened under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, revealed that the victim was in the company of a Kuwaiti national and the manager of the complex when the tragedy occurred.

Charges

The two individuals will be prosecuted for indecent assault, corruption, incitement to debauchery, and drug trafficking. Seven Kuwaitis are also being prosecuted while remaining free on bail of 10,000 dirhams each.
