Official documents have revealed new details in the alleged rape case involving four suspects from prominent families in Casablanca, as French trainee lawyer (F.S.) testified before the Third Circuit of the Judicial Police in Paris.
According to the alleged victim’s statements, the incident occurred during a birthday party held at a luxury villa belonging to one of the suspects. The complainant reported that she woke up the following day experiencing symptoms similar to general anesthesia, confirming that she remained in an unusual state until 5 PM.
The lawyer explained that medical tests revealed traces of cocaine in her system, denying any knowledge of how the drug entered her body. She indicated that her behavior was abnormal during the party, according to her fiancé who was present and was forcibly expelled from the party, resulting in a broken hand.
The complainant mentioned that her friends later informed her that the symptoms she experienced matched those of GHB drug use, particularly memory loss, excessive disinhibition, and feeling sedated upon waking up.
The four suspects have been brought before the King’s Prosecutor General and were interrogated before the case was referred to the investigating judge. It should be noted that the case remains under investigation by the competent authorities.
