As part of efforts to improve educational quality and enhance pedagogical effectiveness, the Meknes Education Directorate organized communication meetings on October 29 and 30, 2024, at the Al Riyadh Preparatory School to initiate the “School Pools” mechanism.
This meeting is aligned with the ambitious programs outlined in the National Education Reform Map, particularly programs 6, 17, and 20, which aim to achieve the desired transformation within the educational system.
The meetings gathered all directors of public educational institutions in Meknes, focusing on the concept of the “integrated school pool” and its significance in fostering coordination and collaboration among educational stakeholders.
This event provided an opportunity to explore the components and operational mechanisms of school pools, highlighting the potential benefits of this new educational framework.
This initiative reflects the stakeholders’ desire to integrate efforts in education and achieve coordination among various actors to meet educational goals.
The mechanism aims to effectively utilize available resources, contributing to the improvement of foundational learning for students and the development of essential life skills necessary for building their personal projects.
The meetings were coordinated by the Head of Educational Affairs as the regional coordinator for the support mechanism, along with the regional coordinator for the integrated institution project and the coordinator for program 17.
These meetings served as a platform for exchanging views and suggestions, where numerous recommendations were made to enhance the effectiveness of school pools and improve pedagogical performance.
This strategic step is considered a lever for improving educational quality in Meknes, reflecting the regional directorate’s commitment to developing education and achieving positive outcomes that impact the performance of educational institutions.
