The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs is organizing a religious ceremony to commemorate “Mosques Day” next Tuesday, to be held at the large auditorium of the Mohammed VI Institute for the Training of Imams and Female Guides.
The ceremony will begin at 9 PM.
A source from the ministry indicated that this event reflects the special attention given by the Commander of the Faithful, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, to mosques.
Mosques Day has been designated as an annual occasion since 2007, highlighting the growing appreciation of the role of mosques in society.
