Fes security forces managed to apprehend a suspect in the burglary of a house in the Ras Ajnan neighborhood of the old city, approximately a week after the crime was committed.
Earlier today, local youth managed to identify the suspect and cornered him within the neighborhood, immediately contacting the tourist police. Tourist police units promptly arrived at the scene, apprehended the suspect, and took him to the seventh security district. The suspect confessed to committing the burglary in the “Kasra” area.
Subsequently, and upon orders from the public prosecutor, he was handed over to the judicial police of the first security district for further investigation into the circumstances of the crime.
