A woman who suffered severe burns following the explosion of two gas cylinders in an apartment in the Errahma district of Casablanca on Wednesday has died from her injuries.
According to a reliable source from Le Site info, the explosion injured ten people, six of whom were in critical condition, and four in stable condition. The explosion also caused significant material damage to the facade of the three-story building.
The relevant authorities went to the scene of the incident immediately after it occurred and evacuated the injured to the Ibn Rochd University Hospital Center to receive the necessary treatment. An investigation was also opened under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.
