The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) has announced the exceptional opening of its offices on the weekend of January 11 and 12, 2025, for its affiliates. This initiative aims to facilitate the debt relief process for indebted companies.
Given the significance of the amnesty operation for debtor companies, the CNSS informs all its affiliates that all its centers will be open on Saturday, January 11, and Sunday, January 12, 2025, across all regions of the Kingdom. This step is intended to assist indebted affiliates in settling their dues and enabling as many as possible to benefit from the amnesty on late payment surcharges, penalties, and collection fees for debts incurred in 2024 and prior, which will end on January 15, 2025.
It is important to note that this amnesty applies to all debts related to the period of December 2024 and earlier, according to specified criteria.
