Draft Agenda for the January Ordinary Session of the Mariniyyin District CouncilFriday, January 03, 2025, at 10:00 AM

The President of the Mariniyyin District Council;

In accordance with Articles 35, 38, 225, 226, and 249 of Royal Decree No. 1.15.85 issued on Ramadan 20, 1436 (July 07, 2015) implementing Organizational Law No. 113.14 relating to municipalities;

Decides the following:

First: The Mariniyyin District Council shall hold its January ordinary session in one meeting on Friday, January 03, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the meeting hall at the Mariniyyin District headquarters.

Second: The agenda of this ordinary session includes the following items:

1. Submission of a mandatory report by the Council President on actions taken within his delegated powers
2. Presentation of reports from the Council’s permanent committees held between sessions
3. Presentation on the Regional Directorate of National Education, Primary Education, and Sports’ program regarding the establishment and construction of educational institutions in the Mariniyyin District
4. Presentation on the status of health centers within the District’s territory
5. Presentation on the current situation and future prospects of cleanliness in the Mariniyyin District by Mecommar Company
6. Proposal of solutions to address construction and renovation waste issues
7. Submission of a petition to Fez Municipality regarding the development and regularization of existing markets and creation of new ones
8. Submission of a petition to Fez Municipality for the rehabilitation of streets and alleys affected by public domain liberation operations
