The National Health Delegation in Fez issued a correspondence to the General Director of Hassan II University Hospital Center on December 26, 2024, announcing several important measures to resolve the administrative and financial situation of the center’s employees.
The correspondence included several key decisions, most notably:
- Settlement of the administrative and financial status of all center employees across different categories and ranks through selection and promotion via professional competency examinations for the year 2023.
- Expediting the disbursement of overdue administrative guard duty compensations and delayed allowances for professional services from 2022, and all services for 2023 and 2024.
- Distribution of performance bonuses for 2024, similar to Mohammed VI University Hospital Center in Marrakech.
- Settlement of second installment dues for nurses and health professionals, in line with their colleagues in other university hospital centers.
The delegation emphasized that the delay in settlements negatively impacts all workers, which contradicts the delegation’s higher directives and human resources management in the health and social protection sector. They also stressed the importance of taking necessary measures to ensure regular payment of these compensations in the future, guaranteeing financial and material stability for all employees.
The correspondence concluded by highlighting the delegation’s commitment to defending the administrative rights and acquired benefits of all center employees, urging swift action to resolve these pending issues to ensure the stability of the healthcare workforce.
