The Ministry of Health and Social Protection organized workshops in the city of Sefrou on December 25 and 26, 2024, focusing on the implementation of integrated sexual and reproductive health units. The workshops were attended by a number of officials from various directorates and relevant agencies, highlighting the importance of these units in improving the quality of healthcare services and enhancing social protection for citizens.
Representatives from the Directorate of Population, the Directorate of Epidemics and Communicable Diseases, the Directorate of Hospitals, and the Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection of the Fès-Meknès region participated in the workshops, alongside health sector officials from the cities of Fès, Meknès, and Taza.
The discussions during the workshops centered on the establishment of these units to improve healthcare services in the field of sexual and reproductive health, in line with the goals of the royal initiative aimed at advancing health and strengthening social protection for citizens.
