Madrid – Moroccan authorities have announced the dispatch of massive humanitarian aid to Spain to support its efforts in dealing with the devastating floods that recently swept through the Andalusia region.
The Moroccan mission, which represents the largest foreign relief team to arrive in Spain since the beginning of the crisis, consists of 24 trucks and 70 specialized rescue personnel who will work to support Spanish efforts in debris removal and rehabilitation of affected areas.
This initiative falls within the framework of close cooperation between the two neighboring countries, as Morocco has previously provided assistance to Spain in numerous emergency situations, including natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods.
This step reflects the depth of humanitarian bonds between the two kingdoms, confirming that humanitarian solidarity transcends political and geographical borders, and strengthens the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
